Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control/Safety Technician to join our team.

Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Duties

Oversee and supervise Quality Control department
Evaluates, modifies, develops and implements program procedures, instructions and forms
Supervise QC technicians, key performance indicators and department performance metrics.
Monitors customer complaints, Neld install issues, product returns, and warranty data.
Inspections of components
Verify products are ready to go out
Adhere to all safety policies and procedure
Responsible for Training New Team Members
Occasional traveling, as required. 5-10% of the time
Experience

Proven experience in quality control and safety is preferred.
Previous Experience with Supervising
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting of findings.
2-4-year degree in engineering technology or related technical field or
4 years of relevant experience in Quality, manufacturing and health and safety.
QMS Auditor (preferred – not required)
OSHA 10/30 hr training
