Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by maintaining equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing various systems, including hydraulics, and electrical components.

Duties

Undertake planned maintenance, breakdown, repair and condition monitoring activities of plant and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLC) and other automated systems.
Maintenance on Iron worker, 18' saw, Beam line (Automative punch line), electronics/electrical and building maintenance
Use precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively.
Work in conjunction with Operations staff on daily operational engineering related issues and continuous improvement teams.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements

Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyze complex systems effectively.
Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.
Familiar with hydraulics
Basic knowledge and effective problem resolution(s)/solution(s) of: 3 phase power, and control circuits, PLC programming,
Must possess analysis skills for troubleshooting mechanical issues efficiently.
