Responsibilities:

We are searching for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a Lakeland, FL. facility

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and service on forklifts, fabrication machines, plant equipment and buildings/structures.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems on industrial equipment and buildings/structures.
Diagnose issues based on observations, customer reports, or machine performance metrics.
Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, hydraulic and electrical schematics, and work orders.
Replace, align, and adjust components including bearings, seals, motors, valves, pumps, and sensors
Ensure calibration and proper functioning of press brakes, shears, and ironworker machines.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and parts inventories.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Operate forklifts, hoists, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
Assist in developing and improving preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers regarding progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:

Prior industrial maintenance experience required
Strong mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical repair skills.
Experience working with forklifts, shears, brake presses, ironworkers, and related machinery.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
Proficient use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and safety awareness.
Must pass a visual drug screen.
