Responsibilities:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Duties

Perform a full variety of inspections using any and all types of measuring instruments and equipment.
Gage calibration & repairs that can be completed in-house
Work in inspection department including equipment, systems, & personnel to adequately inspect the products at varying frequencies to meet quality and economic objectives.
Initiate/complete Certification, QA and NRC reports as fit
Document all data and perform visual inspections
Make clear and concise decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of an operation or product.
Maintain the inspection area and the equipment in a neat and orderly manner as prescribed by the housekeeping requirements and good process flow.
Occasionally performs other associated tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Cooperate with the toolroom in sharing equipment and manpower to inspect tooling and product as necessary.
Experience

Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role is preferred..
Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Experience with data collection methods and analysis techniques related to quality assurance.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
