Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, strong technical expertise, and exceptional leadership abilities to drive projects forward efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation using construction management software
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met accurately.
Monitor project progress through detailed project scheduling and tracking tools Project management platforms.
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity of project requirements and adherence to design intent.
Oversee landscaping site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is completed on time and within budget.
Manage procurement processes utilizing tools for material planning and scheduling.
Conduct regular site inspections, resolve issues promptly, and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Lead contract negotiations, change order management, and document control processes.
Qualifications

Preferred 5 years experience in landscaping or construction management or related roles with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects.
Proficiency in construction estimating, project scheduling, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation.
Familiarity with construction management software
Knowledge of contracts administration including change orders and legal considerations in construction projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills for team coordination and client interaction.
Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
Experience with construction site operations combined with a thorough understanding of construction safety standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to read and act upon landscape blueprints.
Valid Drivers license and clean driving record
