Requirements:

Knowledge and experience with manufacturing
Experience with Mig and Tig welding
Good verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), experience with ERP system.
Strong leadership skills
Must be able to read tape measure
Must be able to read blueprints
