Responsibilities:

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team! The idea candidate will have experience with high call volume in a fast pace environment.

This position is 1st shift, Monday- Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Greeting Customers when they come in
Answering multi line phone
Taking orders over the phone and inputting data
General Office Duties such as filing, copying, etc....
​Qualifications:

Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with multi line phones
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
