Responsibilities:

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Staff to join our team, responsible for maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial electrical work, with experience in renovation projects and working with high and low voltage systems.

Duties

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including wiring, outlets, ceiling fans and control panels.
Perform maintenance on low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
Utilize hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to identify faults and ensure proper operation.
Conduct renovation projects involving electrical upgrades or modifications within existing structures.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance purposes.
Adhere to safety standards related to construction site work, including proper handling of high voltage equipment.
Skills

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or basic electrician
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment efficiently.
Knowledge of low voltage wiring, power distribution, and control systems.
Handyman experience or frame carpentry skills are a plus for versatile troubleshooting tasks.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
Perform basic electrical maintenance tasks such as: Install/modify circuitry, Replace breakers, switches and wiring as necessary
Troubleshoot
Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
Maintenance with pools is a plus
Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Previous experience as an electrician or other related fields
Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skill
