Responsibilities:

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and experienced Lawn Care Maintenance Professional to join our team. You must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check for this position.

This position is outside so be prepared to work all day on your feet.

You could be working Monday-Saturday (5 - 6 days a week) depending on the weather. Start time will be at 7:00 am and you will get a 30 minute lunch break.

Responsibilities

Operating a Zero Turn Lawnmower, Weed Eater and other Lawn Care Equipment
Small Palm Tree Trimming
Pulling Weeds & Edging
Working with Pool Chemicals
Minor Grounds Maintenance
Picking up Supplies
Cleaning grounds/picking up trash
Light electrical work (Changing outlets or ceiling fans)
Skills

Must be Experienced in Lawn Care
Must have a little bit of experience with electrical work
Must have a Valid Driver License
Irrigation Experience is a Plus
Pool Chemical Experience is a Plus
Must be able to work in any weather conditions especially the heat
Must be able to handle a lot of walking, standing, bending
MUST have experience with zero turn lawnmower and weed eaters
Previous experience edging lawns and with other lawn equipment
Lifting up to 50lbs
