Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wood Finisher/ Painter to join our team.

1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

Prepare wood surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and filling holes or imperfections.
Operate sanding equipment
Apply pre-stain conditioners, stains, primers, and paints using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Wipe away excess stains to achieve uniform color consistency and depth.
Apply protective topcoats such as polyurethane, varnish, or lacquer for sealing.
Maintain finishing equipment and keep a clean, safe workspace.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a wood finisher, painter, or in a similar carpentry finish role.
Deep knowledge of wood types and how they absorb different stains and finishes.
Proficiency with tools, including orbital sanders, HVLP spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
Strong eye for detail to match colors, blends, and identify surface flaws.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
