Responsibilities:

We are searching for an Office Clerk in Seffner, FL. As an office clerk you complete many customer service and administrative organization tasks to promote efficient operations in the office they serve. This candidate should be cheerful and organized

Shift schedule is Monday-Saturday so you need to be able to work a flexible 38-40 hour work week.

Duties and responsibilities:

Answering the phone at a reception desk or in a specific department and transferring calls as needed
Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails
Entering deposits into quickbooks
Good with basic math
Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
Transcribing or taking notes during calls and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas
Preparing or processing invoices or estimates
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
Answering phones and getting basic information from customers as needed.
Job Requirements:

MUST have proven experience with quickbooks and know every aspect of it.
